A poorly considered colour palette can often generate an unpleasant or unsettled atmosphere and naturally divert people from a space. The powerful link between colour palettes and the palette of human emotion is evermore evident with individuals, families and children and is now central to modern wellbeing design. Hume wholeheartedly believes in this link and we’ve worked hard to structure a design process that listens to your natural responses.

HOW WE WORK

Our colour consultancy has become a really exciting and really diverse offering so we keep our design thinking entirely flexible. There is nothing too small or unrelatable that we wouldn't be happy to engage with as long we can add value through colour.

We offer consultations to private clients thinking about small refurbishment changes or large make over endeavours. Hume can provide home visits to discover the design environment and your personal requirements. A visit to your house or project space really helps to capture the setting and consider lighting, architectural detailing, property period and any existing features, artwork and furniture.

We also work with a range of commercial clients developing brand design concepts for residential lettings, new residential developments, hospitality clients and independent restaurants.

TO NOTE

Depending on the client, our Hume team use questionnaires, colour palettes and other design tools to help with this journey. We charge £395 for a morning with you exploring the colour options, followed by a beautiful tailored colour package.
